Jackson Lake - Spalding Bay
A gorgeous day in the valley, time to get out on Jackson Lake for one more day of sea kayaking. I had never paddled around the southern end of Spalding Bay, so I remedied that with a trip from the Spalding Bay launch, around the southern end and over almost to South Landing. (Oh yes, and back). Saw two golden eagles that were hanging out on one of the dot islands at the very south end of the bay, unfortunately the pictures didn't turn out very well. I also saw an old pile of bear scat on one of the beaches, and wolf tracks in the sand on another beach.
